Hi, I’m Timothy “Tim” Terzich—a proud Texan, U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, husband, and father of four and now Popeye of 5 granddaughters!

I’ve called Texas home for more than 50 years, living in places like Midland, the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and San Antonio. For the past two decades, my wife and I have raised our boys and built strong family roots here in San Antonio, Texas.

My journey into real estate started early. In my younger days, I studied New Home Building Trades in High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD), where I designed homes and restaurants. Later, I spent over 22 years in Aviation Engineering and Quality Control, sharpening my skills in precision, problem-solving, and client service.

For the better part of the last decade, I’ve combined that background with professional real estate experience—helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas. My knowledge of construction, design, and market trends allows me to guide clients with confidence and clarity.
